Men´s Floorball World Championships at Gothenburg & MyCoazh

Two years waiting time is over and men´s floorball championships are here. Will Sweden dominate or can Finland challenge them? Or is it time for a surprise from Czech or Switzerland? All the games can be seen at IFF Youtube-channel, so we floorball nerds will be very busy this week.

MyCoazh will be active in this event, too. We are going to analyze at least one game a day, starting at home and at the end of this week in Scandinavium-arena. MyCoazh is analyzying all the games of Finland and at play off-rounds we try to analyze games on both teams point of view. You can watch MyCoazh statistical analysis on Twitter @MyCoazh, in Facebook My Coazh and from this website www.mycoazh.com. There will be previews, line-ups, statistics on intervals and all the betters favorite: MyCoazh Estimated full time result! Philosofer and floorball tactical guru Jani Hakkarainen will use the stats on team and line level in his blogs at Pääkallo-website. Stay tuned!

During the games MyCoazh will launch new website in English (www.mycoazh.com) and do some updating in Finnish website (www.mycoazh.fi). The biggest new thing will be launching MyCoazh Floorball mobile application for Android phones, too. At the same time, we will update our MyCoazh Floorball individual player scouting app for iPhone.

Mobile apps have been downloaded so far over 1 400 times! Downloading is still first for free, but will be chargeable soon. Downloading cost´s 2,69 euros and after that application is always available. New features on this application are the chance to mark in one event extra plus/minus (++++ for a goal, ++ for a assist to goal, + from building a scoring chance, – from building a scoring chance to opponent, – - from penalty or giving a goal to opponent) and write some notes on one event (for example why the goal did happen: steal at midfield, 2 against 1 counter attack and direct wrist shot from a pass).

@MyCoazh MVP Competition

We are organizing @MyCoazh MVP Competition: pick your favorite player from team Finland and make an analyze of him. You can use MyCoazh Floorball mobile app (from App Store and soon from Google Play) or make it on your own way for example traditional paper and pen. Send your MVP players Statistics and the name of the player @MyCoazh Twitter. Everyone who has made an analyze will get in return MyCoazh PRO-version of the Results-page of that very same player with his Score. All those who have known the @MyCoazh MVP player in one game right, will be participating after the WFC2014 are over in a lottery of one MyCoazh PRO –license for his/her team/clubs for a year (value 490 euros + VAT). (Notice that we will inform in which team´s point of view we are going to make our analyze and that @MyCoazh MVP is not necessarily the same as IFF`s MVP).
